Srinivas Garikipati

Workday Services Head

Srinivas is the Workday Services Head where he leads the practice and is primarily responsible for services strategy, go to market and people management.

He brings a deep expertise in architecting and implementing domain focused on data solutions at enterprise scale. His strong partnerships with businesses ensure alignment of technology with business objectives and strategy.

Srinivas holds a double masters in Mathematics and Computer Science and has also completed a course on software architecture from Carnegie Mellon University.

Sundeep Kodkani

Workday Practice Lead

Experienced technologist with a blend of technical, functional and project management experience across domains (including Data warehousing, Database, Custom Applications, PeopleSoft and Workday)

He brings his 8 years of experience in Workday across multiple industries and domain. During his tenure at a BIG 3 consulting company.

He has spearheaded the building of a data conversion tool, lead data conversion and integration teams, trained resources both offshore and onshore and has been part of multiple Workday end to end implementations. He has hands on experience on Workday application.

Mark Rubowitz

Workday Practice Lead

Mark has been implementing Workday HCM since 2011 and has over 20 years of HRIS consulting, including 9 years in customer facing and leadership roles at PeopleSoft.

Areas of expertise include thought leadership in global HCM and Compensation design, four full-lifecycle implementations (two as functional lead), project management methodology, project finance, solution estimation. tenant configuration, data conversion, system testing, production support, and upgrades.

Prior to working with Nimmetry, Mark was a delivery lead/functional architect with Accenture for 3 years and a functional HCM subject matter advisor with Deloitte Consulting for 5 years.
